Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

  • 60% Deposit prior to production and balance due prior to collection.
  • Payment methods accepted EFT / Cash / MasterCard, Visa and Debit cards (We do not accept Amex and Diners).
  • We encourage EFT’s and have facilities at our offices to make Internet payments
  • Orders will not be released until payments have been made in full and the funds have been cleared in our bank account.
  • We encourage you to pay into our matching bank account ensure that your order is cleared immediately.
  • Please contact your Khoja Group agent to confirm receipt of your proof of payment, once payment has been made.
  • All Sales are Final, No Refunds, No Exchanges.
  • All cash deposits attract extra charges as follows
    • NEDBANK – initial charge of R60.00 then R1.90 per R100.00
    • FNB – initial charge of R75.00 then R2.00 per R100.00

 

SAMPLE POLICY

  • Samples are available for purchase at our store in Pretoria.
  • Samples must be returned within 48 hours from purchase in its original condition as well as original packaging so that a refund/credit can be ensured.
  • After carefully examination of samples that are returned and once, we are satisfied that samples are fit for resale we will issue the refund or credit note.
  • Damage to any part of sample or packaging will result in samples not being accepted for return.
  • The samples are to be paid for in cash, so as to facilitate immediate refund once the examination of samples is completed and is satisfactory.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • No refund on returned goods. Only Credits will be processed which you can use on your next purchase.
  • 10% restocking fee will be charged to the client.
  • Goods should be returned within 48 hours of purchase stating reasons for return.
  • We cannot accept returns on branded items, items that have been assembled, discontinued and clearance items.

 

BRANDING

  • Acceptable file formats: CDR/ EPS/ AI/ SVG/ AI/ EPS
  • Vector artwork is preferred.
  • We accept PC format artwork only
  • All fonts must be converted to curves to avoid font substitutions.
  • Artwork generated by us will be charged to the client depending on the complexity of the artwork.
  • A setup fee of R250.00 and up applies on all orders that require branding.
  • A client is solely and completely responsible for accuracy of the proof, failure on your part to check a final proof does not divest you of this responsibility.
  • No production will commence until we receive a signed copy of artwork approval form.
  • If the artwork if not approved promptly, delivery date will change accordingly.
  • Amendments made to proofs will result in a delay to delivery date. Should you require changes, we will issue a new layout for final proofing before production commences.
  • Only 2 changes of artwork are allowed, any further changes will incur extra costs.
  • Be aware that the color displayed on your screen, is not true representation of the correct color.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • 70% deposit prior to commencement of design work and production.
  • Balance to be paid in full prior to collection.
  • Artwork/ design must be supplied by client in high resolution.
  • Acceptable artwork file formats: CDR/ EPS/ AI/ SVG/ AI/ EPS
  • Our graphic department can design on your behalf at a fee to be discussed.

 

ORDERS COLLECTED on your behalf

  • Please advise Khoja Group on who will be collecting your order.
  • Should you send a Courier, please provide them with complete details.
  • Please do not send your couriers to collect orders until you have received an email from Khoja Group notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
